My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were lovely and spacious, with great blackout curtains that ensured a good night's sleep. However, there was no wardrobe in the room which was a bit inconvenient. The service, especially from Sergi, Daniel, and Anna, was amazing as they made me feel very welcomed, but there seemed to be some chaos and disorganization in their system. Despite this, Oriol at the reception was exceptional. The location was great, with spacious rooms and proximity to the city center, but the need to use the bus and metro frequently was a downside. On the positive side, I found a nice area just two blocks away. The dining experience had its ups and downs with great value for money but some staff incompetence. Overall, a mixed but pleasant experience.
